All interior walls receive American-style three-layered plaster, finished with premium Benjamin Moore paints in the owner's choice of color. Wet rooms are treated with Acrynol mould-resistant coatings for long-term durability.

Grade A materials throughout, selected from porcelain granite, natural parquet-rectified tiles, or natural marble in any size. Owners choose from a curated selection presented by the company or its designated supplier. Tile quantities are allocated according to each owner's specifications.

Entrance: Oversized Rav-Bariach designer security door (120 cm × 240 cm), available in select models.

Interior: Flush-line Style as per Hamadia Aqua-Dor "Built-In" doors, oven-painted, with water-resistant bottom seals.

Windows: Electric aluminum roller blinds fitted in every room. Transparent Trellidor safety grilles installed on all windows except those that do not pose a fall hazard.

The kitchen is supplied through one of two premium vendors selected by the developer. Each kitchen includes 12 linear meters of cabinetry: 10 meters of lower units (including built-ins) and 2 meters of upper units. Cabinet bodies are constructed from red or Okoume multilayer plywood with MDF doors, per the developer's selection. Internal and external surfaces are coated in Formica, melamine, or equivalent. Full-extension drawers are standard throughout all lower cabinetry. Final cabinet layout, configuration, and color palette are determined in coordination with the project architect or the company's designated supplier.

Countertops: Fabricated in Caesarstone (engineered quartz), natural stone, or an alternative material at the company's discretion. Type and color are chosen from a selection presented to the owner by the supplier. Approximate thickness is 20 mm, inclusive of glued panels and protruding edges, configured to the owner's requirements. (Priced at NIS 1,000 per linear meter.)

₪100,000 kitchen finishes allowance included. This allowance covers the full kitchen package. Owners who prefer an alternative kitchen may apply the ₪100,000 credit toward the supplier of their choice.

Geberit wall-hung toilets with concealed dual-flush cisterns, specified at the company's discretion.

A complete Gerber smart home system is included, with full mobile control, in accordance with the specifications attached to the purchase contract. Climate management is handled by a Mitsubishi inverter/VRF air conditioning system installed throughout, per the HVAC consultant's plans. SPO Domotec underfloor heating is provided in every room, including wet rooms, with an independent smart thermostat in each zone. Dropped ceilings are installed per the architect's and air conditioning specifications.

The intended use is confirmed during the planning phase in coordination with the development team.
